- Prepare 1.5 tablespoons of cornflour. 1 tablespoon salt or pepper.

- Marinate chicken cubes in one tablespoon salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,1 tablespoon cornflour. Set aside for 30 mins.
