- You need 225 g of crushed digestive biscuits.
- It's 100 g of margarine.
- It's 50 g of sugar.
- It's 35 g of cocoa powder.
- It's 1 of heaped table spoon golden syrup.
- You need 300 g of milk chocolate.
Chocolate Fridge Cake instructions
- Melt together margarine, cocoa powder, sugar and golden syrup.
- Stir in crushed digestive biscuits.
- Press into a greased tin. I use an 11” x 7” tin.
- Melt 300g chocolate.
- Pour over the top of the base and spread out.
- Put into the fridge until firm, then remove and cut into squares (its best to leave it out for 30 minutes before trying to cut).
