- Method Prep:20min › Cook:20min › Ready in:40min.
- Pre heat oven to 180dc..
- Line muffin tins with 12 cases..
- Combine beaten eggs with cream and melted butter.
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and Coco powder..
- Mix everything together gently. *Wanrning* do not over mix.

- Remove from oven and add ganache and chocolate sprinkles and leave to cool before serving..
