- It's 6 Slices of Black Pudding.
- Prepare 2 of fried soft yolked Egg.
- It's 1/2 Can of Beans.
- It's 2 pieces of Toast.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Black cracked pepper.
- It's Pinch of Salt.

- Grill the sausage and Black pudding, add black pepper to the black pudding as sometimes they have a strong herb taste of sage, thyme and Rosemary so the black pepper sort of balances the taste..
- Hrat up the beans. If you add a tsp Butter it makes them better s thicker juice tastes better..
- Add a little olive oil to the frying pan and fry the eggs on low then they are not browned on the bottom and you get a perfect soft yolk..
- Make your toast ready. Then add it to your serbing plate..toast first add the egg on top then beans seperate so as the toast does not get soggy..
