- It's 1 Cup of Sugar.
- It's 2 cups of Water.
- Prepare 1 : 2 of Sugar : Water ratio.
- You need of Other Ingredients.
- You need 1 cup of Rice Flour.
- Prepare 2 tsp of All Purpose Flour / Maida.
- You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- It's As required of tspGhee / Oil – for kneading.
Rasgulla (rice flour) step by step
- In a heating pan, take of Sugar and to that add of Water mix well and allow it to boil on low flame for 8 to 10 Min...add a small piece of lemon to better taste....
- In a bowl add Rice flour, maida, baking powder start kneeding...
- Keep on adding Ghee or Oil while kneading, if dough sticks to the hands...make a smooth dough..To make some colourful rasgulla just add food colour and make the dough....
- Once dough leaves it stickiness, grease your hands with Ghee or Oil and start making small round and cylindrical Rasgulla.
- 5. Now add all the Rasgullas to the Sugar syrup and boil until Rasgullas get soft and fluffy.
- 6. Press and check the Rasgullas before turning off the flame.Once done allow it to cool down completely and keep in fridge and serve cold..
